Giro d’Italia winner Richard Carapaz will be unable to share in the Tour of Britain because of a delay.
Carapaz was first scheduled to be part of a Movistar line-up for the race, which gets underway at Scotland on Saturday.
The Ecuadorian would have joined another climber Mikel Landa from the line-up of the team and acquired his first Grand Tour name in May in Italy.
Carapaz combine Team Ineos, at which two of the are verified on contracts that are long and will finish his affiliation with Movistar in the end of the year.
Eddie Dunbar and Ben Swift have committed their future Ineos, who took over from Team Sky sponsors earlier after showing Chris Lawless would stay in the week.
While Swift will stay with the team for the following couple of years irishman Dunbar has even already signed a deal.
Both passengers will be on the start line to the Tour of Britain.
“I really feel as if I have found a renewed enthusiasm and motivation for the sport this year, therefore this new contract feels rewarding for several reasons," Swift said.
“I feel that is to the team and the way I have been riding this year. If you are really happy someplace and the surroundings of the group suits you enjoy it does for me , it truly can help you to get the best from yourself."
